Camp Perry Teams

For the past several years the I.S.R.A. Highpower Rifle Committee has been supporting Highpower teams that shoot at the National Matches. The purpose of this support is to increase team participation by Illinois shooters at the Nationals and expand the profile of our Highpower program on a national level.

In an effort to make the process as efficient as possible, I wanted to outline various parts of this program.

The benefits:

Any team participating in this program will receive a team card, at Camp Perry, free of charge.

This program extends to the following matches: Whistler Boy, National Trophy Team, National Trophy Infantry Team, Rumbold Trophy, Herrick Trophy, Roumanian Trophy. This includes out-of-competition CMP teams.

The requirements:

All members of the team (including coach and captain) must be residents of Illinois and members of the Illinois State Rifle Association. All teams will be entered as State Association teams and therefore must meet State Association eligibility.

Team captains must contact me with the name of their teams and the matches they wish to sign up for by July 26. Team members should be known by this point. Please do not reserve your team unless you know you will be participating.

 Coordinate with me to pick up your team cards at Camp Perry. I will be reachable by telephone (630) 267-0069 or e-mail while at the Nationals.
